I have been surrounded by fitness professionals and resources for over 5 years. I love helping others get into shape and develop a passion for healthy living through fitness training. When I got back into training, I realised that I wanted to share my knowledge. There is no better feeling then knowing that you assisted someone in achieving their health and fitness goals.
I specialise in strength training, weight loss, bodybuilding, stability and mobility training. I would like the opportunity to be a part of your wellness journey.
