NICKY TRAINER

I’m Nicky and I’m a Personal and Group Trainer at FORM.

I have been surrounded by fitness professionals and resources for over 5 years. I love helping others get into shape and develop a passion for healthy living through fitness training. When I got back into training, I realised that I wanted to share my knowledge. There is no better feeling then knowing that you assisted someone in achieving their health and fitness goals.

I specialise in strength training, weight loss, bodybuilding, stability and mobility training. I would like the opportunity to be a part of your wellness journey.

I am truly honoured to be a part of my clients’ journeys to reach their ideal and healthy lifestyle.

After moving to Yangon in 2017, I started collaborating with FORM in early 2018 and officially joined the FORM team in September 2018. I love being able to integrate my global experience with a passion for teaching others that good food is not only delicious but that it has a huge role in our day to day wellbeing.I love all things adventure, travel, outdoors, and active. When not working or studying, you might find me doing yoga, planning my next trip, or eating.

I believe that there are no “good” or “bad” foods. The best way to eat is mindful, stress-free, balanced and enjoyable. We’re all different, and nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to help clients make small changes that add up over time on a sustainable path to reaching their health and wellness goals.
