To develop and implement strong digital creative content to all social media and website platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Media Marketing or Communications (preferred)
Understanding of social media platform
Must have working experience in Last 3 Years
Experience with a media background
Good English Level & Good Interpersonal skill
Proficient in MS office applications such as MS Work, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook, etc.
You'll be a creative individual with a passion for design and accuracy. You will utilise the FORM branding and create all design work for social media, presentations, and other various ongoing projects. You will work alongside the Social Media Marketing Manager to create beautiful content for FORM.
To support the Admissions & Marketing department to communicate the businesses key messages by developing appealing online and offline design concepts that are aligned with the FORM’s brand identity;
To be responsible for all kinds of graphical design works for FORM including designing workshop brochures, newsletters, banners, posters, online banners, online adverts, social media posts and other graphic design items;
To liaise with printers and suppliers at all stages of publication and delivery to ensure the delivered product is of a high quality and fully meets the brief;
To ensure all publications, website, and marketing collateral of FORM is effectively branded, visually eye-catching, appeals to its target audiences, is creative, and supports FORM brand positioning;
To develop a number of templates for routine marketing and communications items that can be easily adapted and reused, and are in line with our brand guidelines;
To perform other job-related and administrative duties on request of the Director of Admissions & Marketing.
Advanced level of spoken and written Myanmar and English language skills;
Experience developing innovative and imaginative design concepts;
Experience of interpreting and applying brand guidelines;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications (preferred);
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash and Dreamweaver and comfortable working with a Mac;
Experience of working with Websites (desirable);
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Passion for design and a highly creative, innovative personality;
Good time management skills, and highly detail-oriented;
Strong ability to explain and discuss design decisions and concepts.
