- 1 can of chickpeas
- 2 tbsps coconut oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
- Drain and pat dry the chickpeas *The dryer the chickpeas the crispier they will become in the oven!
- Mix the s+p and oil into the chickpeas and bang it in the oven for 15 minutes
