- 1 cup of frozen edamame beans
- Sprinkling of salt
- 3 cups of water
- Put water in a saucepan with a sprinkling of salt and bring to the boil.
- Once the water is boiled add the edamame beans
- Let it simmer for around 6-8 minutes
- Drain once inside pods are soft
- Sprinkle with salt while they are steaming hot
