- 1 medium banana, ripe
- ¼ large carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
- ½ tsp each: ground turmeric, ginger, cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 scoop of protein powder (plain or unflavored)
- 1 cup (250mL) almond milk (unsweetened)
- Place all ingredients except ice in a blender cup. Blitz until smooth.
- Add ice and blend until desired consistency.
