HOW IT WORKS

All our packages are designed to be 12 weeks and include both personal training and nutrition coaching.

Package breakdown:

  • 4 week personalised training program x 3
  • Personalised nutrition plan
  • Assessment tracking and lifestyle analysis
  • Goal setting and progression tracking
  • Daily remote access to trainers

Nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Your needs, questions, tastes, and routines are unique. 

We all know that we should be eating healthy, but figuring out what that means and how to make it work (and last) is the hard part. 

With nutrition coaching, your current lifestyle habits, goals, and questions will be compiled into a personal plan with specific weekly actions. Sessions will include evidence-based information, tools that you need to meet your goals, and strategies to break through barriers. You’ll also get extra support and accountability to get you to where you want to be (and stay there).

Nutrition Plan: 4 sessions over a 3 month period 

  • Personalised Nutrition plan

Group Training is a fully immersive and multi-sensory fitness experience that is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. Our workouts incorporate sound, lighting, movement and intensity, so your body goes into a sensory overload! Small workout groups give you more personal time with our trainers who will focus on your form, coordination and intensity to get the best out of you.

Our classes come in 2 durations either a 30- or 45-minute session.

Youth Training is designed to engage your child through challenging fitness activities and team games, to improve their functional movement patterns, cardiovascular efficiency and balance. Our programs give your child space outside of school to meet new friends and to develop their imagination skills through different activities. Their health and fitness should remain a priority throughout life so we want them to FORM a healthy relationship in our gym environment now so it's easier later in life as they get older.


Our world will one day be in the hands of the younger generation, who will have to tackle major issues and take responsibility for the welfare and success of our planet. They will have to work cohesively, imagine new possibilities and face challenges themselves, so let's build them up today, so they are ready for all those big scenarios in the future!
